At Indras Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality training, mentorship, and career support to every student. We understand that circumstances may change, so we have established the following cancellation and refund policy to ensure transparency and fairness.

1. Course Registration

A student’s enrollment is confirmed only after:

Successful payment of the course fee (full or partial as applicable).
Submission of the required registration details.
Confirmation of admission from Indras Academy.

Once enrollment is confirmed, the student agrees to the terms outlined in this Cancellation and Refund Policy.

2. Cancellation by the Student

Students who wish to cancel their enrollment must submit a written cancellation request by email or contact the admissions team.

Cancellation requests will be processed based on the following conditions.

Before Course Commencement
If a cancellation request is received 7 days or more before the batch start date, eligible students may receive a refund after deducting the applicable registration or administrative fee.
If the cancellation request is received within 7 days of the batch start date, the registration fee is non-refundable, and the remaining refund eligibility will be reviewed according to the course terms.
After Course Commencement

Once a student has:

Attended any live class,
Accessed recorded course content,
Received study materials,
Logged into the Learning Management System (LMS),
Started internship activities or live projects,

the course is considered to have commenced.

In such cases, course fees are generally non-refundable.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under exceptional circumstances, including:

Duplicate payment made by mistake.
Technical payment errors resulting in multiple successful transactions.
Cancellation of a course by Indras Academy.
Other exceptional cases approved by the management.

Refund requests are reviewed individually and are subject to management approval.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

Registration or admission fees.
Processing charges.
GST or applicable taxes (where required by law).
Fees paid for completed classes.
Course materials, digital downloads, templates, software access, and study resources already provided.
Certification fees.
Internship or placement support services already initiated.
5. Batch Transfer

Students who are unable to continue due to genuine reasons may request a batch transfer.

Batch transfers are subject to:

Seat availability.
Approval by Indras Academy.
Applicable administrative charges (if any).

Approval is at the sole discretion of the academy.

6. Course Rescheduling by Indras Academy

Indras Academy reserves the right to:

Reschedule course batches.
Change trainers or instructors.
Modify class timings.
Shift classes between online and offline modes when required.
Update the course curriculum to include the latest industry trends and AI technologies.

Such changes shall not be considered grounds for cancellation or a refund.

7. Course Cancellation by Indras Academy

If Indras Academy cancels a course before it begins due to unforeseen circumstances, students may choose one of the following:

Transfer to another available batch.
Enroll in an equivalent course.
Receive a refund of the eligible amount.
8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method wherever possible.

Refund processing typically takes 7–15 business days, depending on the payment provider and banking institution.

Indras Academy is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or financial institutions.

9. Placement Assistance

Placement assistance is provided as a value-added service.

While Indras Academy offers:

Resume building support,
Mock interviews,
Career guidance,
Interview opportunities,
Hiring partner connections,

employment cannot be guaranteed, as final hiring decisions are made solely by employers.

Refunds will not be provided based on placement outcomes.

10. Digital Learning Resources

Students receive access to digital learning resources, including:

Recorded sessions,
Study materials,
Assignments,
AI tools,
Templates,
Course resources.

Once access has been granted, these digital resources cannot be returned, and related fees are non-refundable.

11. Force Majeure

Indras Academy shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters,
Government restrictions,
Internet or power outages,
Public health emergencies,
Technical failures,
Civil disturbances.
