Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Indras Academy, we strive to provide high-quality training programs in digital marketing, data science, and RPA courses. Our policies are designed to ensure transparency and a seamless experience for our students.
1. Cancellation Policy
Course Enrollments:
- Cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before the scheduled start of the course.
- For cancellations made within the 7-day period, no refund will be issued.
Batch Transfers:
- Students may request a transfer to a different batch, subject to availability, at least 5 days before the course start date.
2. Refund Policy
All sales and enrollments are final.
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Failure to attend classes or complete the course.
- Dissatisfaction with course content or training method, as detailed course outlines are shared beforehand.
In exceptional circumstances, such as health emergencies or unforeseen personal situations, partial refunds or course transfers may be considered at the sole discretion of the management.
3. Exceptional Cases
Indras Academy reserves the right to cancel a course due to insufficient enrollments or other unavoidable circumstances. In such cases:
- Enrolled students will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another batch/course.
